As we made it so hard to find we’ll let you go ahead and just book your conference tickets, on-campus accommodation, and boat party tickets right here without any further fuss. This year, we’re offering a discount for group bookings. If you book five or more tickets, you’ll get 10% off each conference ticket. You can also request to pay by invoice, but your tickets won’t be confirmed until the invoice has been paid in full.

Glasney Lodge
Accommodation
Most Agile on the Beach attendees choose to stay in the accommodation on campus and Glasney Lodge is a short (5-10 minute) walk from the actual conference venue. It’s safe, simple, clean, tidy and managed by the University throughout the conference.
You can stay for up to three nights and you should book this when booking your conference tickets. Room allocation often sells out and we cannot guarantee you a ticket at a later date.

This ticketing system is different...
Yes! We’ve upgraded to a newer, more user friendly ticketing system this year. It just requires a few simple details before it takes payment from you.
Once your payment has been completed there will be a few other questions to answer. If you’ve bought multiple tickets, you can assign these to those people and they can complete their booking when they’re ready.

Is accommodation included with my ticket?
No, accommodation is a separate cost. You can choose to stay in the “on campus” accommodation (and pay for this when you buy your conference tickets) or find your own.
Can I buy multiple tickets?
Yes, and if you but five or more tickets you’ll get 10% off those tickets. Please note, the discount only covers your conference tickets.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes! There’s an option to complete your booking with an invoice booking. Just remember, your tickets aren’t confirmed until the invpoice has been paid.
