About us
Welcome to a very Cornish Conference
Founded in 2011, Agile on the Beach is a not for profit organisation that hosts physical and digital events focusing on Agile methodology and its application across business and personal development.
Our annual conference is held at the impressive Academy of Music and Theatrical Arts (AMATA) on the Falmouth University campus in Cornwall. Every year, more than 500 attendees enjoy some of the best conference facilities in the UK, not to mention Gyllyngvase beach and the Atlantic Ocean providing an impressive conference backdrop.
Our mission is simple – to deliver an environment for businesses and individuals, no matter where they are in their digital transformation and agile journey, to thrive, grow and develop. We do this by inviting the brightest minds in Agile to present the latest ideas, theories and practices in a safe and inclusive conference environment. We know that Agile has many applications, not just in software development, and the themes at our conference each year are reflective of this.
If you’re working with Agile or are interested in how the methodology can transform your business, career or personal life then come and join the Agile on the Beach community. Share your thoughts online or come and mix with the world’s brightest minds in agile at our yearly conference.
