Agile On The Beach 2026 will be held on 2-3 July 2026 at AMATA, Falmouth University Campus, Cornwall, TR11 4RH. In our 15th year, we’ll welcome ~450 attendees to Falmouth University Campus for 2 full days of talks and workshops, from over 50 speakers.
We’ve always been an opinionated conference, whether it’s our multidisciplinary programme, CFP blind review, or AI centrism. So, we’re tweaking our programme format and CFP this year.
Sessions
Talks
Talks will only be experience reports, and we’ll stripe AI usage across the programme.
Workshops
There are no changes to workshops in 2026. We’ll continue to prioritise Game workshops (e.g. Dragons Den product management) over Applied Learning workshops (e.g. how to adopt Team Topologies).
CFP process
We’ve tweaked our CFP as well:
- We’re limiting authors to one session each. We want to reduce reviewer workload, and our data suggests this won’t impact session quality
- We’re clarifying that we don’t encourage or discourage AI in proposal creation. We want to have clear expectations for everyone
