Wessel Hofman - biography
Wessel is an energetic Agile trainer and coach at Scrumit, his company that focuses on learning by doing. He teaches people about an Agile mindset by providing serious games on a rugby pitch.
He is passionate about building successful teams, in his free time as well as in his role as coach and trainer. Creating synergy between different personalities and capabilities is his goal. He is convinced that people will be able to apply new learnings better after having created their own experiences.
Jasper Lamers - biography
Jasper holds a master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology. Although ending up working in software development, he never lost his deep interest in the people aspect of work. Having worked in various roles between ICT and Business, Jasper is an experienced, enthusiastic and creative coach and trainer.
Nienke Alma - biography
Nienke is a people oriented Agile enthusiast with 12 years of experience as an Agile coach, trainer, Scrum Master, tester and test manager. She currently works as an Agile Coach at ING in the Netherlands.
She has a special interest in team dynamics. Getting the best out of individuals and teams by encouraging continuous learning energizes her. In her approach towards teams she always looks for creative ways to keep moving forward.
