Product discovery hacks
Creating a product or service from scratch which works for your users and achieves your business goals is really hard. One of the best ways to improve the odds in your favour is to use effective product discovery techniques to reduce business, user and technical risks and uncertainty.
In this session, I will share the techniques I’ve found most effective from coaching product teams in organisations like the National Trust, the Department of Health, the Department for Education as well as companies and startups in the private sector.
