Playing SAFe with National Cyber Security Center (NCSC)

A case study in how the National Cyber Security Center turned their capability programme around from an 18 month delivery cadence to achieving business value every 2-4 weeks. Lyn (Product Manager/BA) and Jill (PO) will share their journey through a plethora of tools, frameworks and techniques from SAFe to SWARMing (Dan North’s concept of Scaling Without a Religious Methodology) highlighting the trials and tribulations encountered on the way. Topics include team culture, lack of business understanding and engagement, resistant collaboration and the importance of incorporating the change agenda in scaled agile approaches.
