Lunch:

Lunch time at Agile on the Beach feels like a mini festival. We work with a selection of fantastic local street food traders to provide an extensive range of options to chose from.

In order to ensure lunch is served as smoothly as possible, we ask you to pre-book your choice via the booking portal. If you did not select a choice when you first booked you can log back on using the details in your confirmation email. Then when you arrive at the conference you will be provided with vouchers for your lunch choices.

The extensive menu options cover most dietary requirements, please select an appropriate option from the menu, if you have a medical allergy please let us know when booking.

Please note: each option has a limit on the number of servings per day, so book early for the widest range of choice from the options below:

 

Sandwiches:

Cuban sandwich: citrus roast pork, ham, Swiss cheese, gherkins and American mustard with a side salad and kettle crisps: served by The Melting Pot Kitchen

Smoked pulled pork served in a Baker Tom brioche roll with smoked cheese, sweet pickles and crackling. Served with slaw and dressed leaves: served by the Shellfish Pig 

 

Stone baked Pizza:

Cornish salami with mozzarella (GF base on request): served by Kernow Forno

Roast chicken on a pesto base with sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella (GF base on request): served by Kernow Forno

Roasted red pepper, artichoke, mushroom, red onion and black olives, with mozzarella (Vegetarian. Vegan cheese & GF base on request): served by Kernow Forno

 

Salads:

Chicken Tinga burrito succulent chicken breast slow cooked in a home made Tinga sauce. With rice, cheese, lettuce, sour cream and guacamole salsa.  This all comes wrapped in a 12″ mission tortilla. Also comes with two house sauces on the side Red and Green (GF): served by At Home
