On Thursday and Friday morning breakfast is served by The Melting Pot Kitchen between 7.30am – 9am on the front lawn of the AMATA Centre. There is no need to book, but the options available are first come first served and you will need to wear your delegate badge.

American style pancakes with bacon and maple syrup or fresh berries and fruit coulis (vegetarian when served without bacon)

Coconut and banana pancakes with fruit (vegan and GF)

Breakfast paella, kedgeree: rice, spices, fish, egg, onions, garlic, chilli, lemon (GF)

Tropical fruit & seed salad with optional with yogurt (vegan soya yogurt available. GF)

Melting pot muffins: sausage/egg/bacon (GF version available)

… all served with apple or orange juice .

Fruit, pastries, water, coffee and a selection of teas will be available in studios B & C and on the 1st and 2nd floors of the AMATA building. You will be provided with a reusable coffee cup and water bottle in your delegate bag at registration.
