Founded in 2011, Agile on the Beach is a not for profit organisation that hosts physical and digital events focusing on the agile methodology and its application across business and personal development.

Our Agile On The Beach conference is held annually at the impressive AMATA facilities on the Falmouth University campus in Cornwall.  Here, our 500 plus attendees enjoy some of the best conference facilities in the UK, with the beach and Atlantic Ocean providing possibly the most impressive conference backdrop ever seen.

Our mission at AOTB is simple – to deliver an environment for businesses and individuals at all stages of their digital transformation and agile journey to thrive, grow and develop.   We do this by gathering some of the brightest minds in Agile to present the latest ideas, theories and practices in a sector, role and expertise agnostic environment.  We believe that agile has many, many applications, not just in software development, and the themes at our conference and retreats each year are reflective of this.

If you’re working with agile or are interested in how the agile methodology can transform your business, career or personal life then come and join the Agile On The Beach community.  Share your thoughts with our online community or come and mix with the world’s brightest minds in agile at one of our events.
