Incredible Software speakers revealed at Agile on the Beach

Agile on the Beach returns to Falmouth this year to host 30 UK and International Agile speakers in a one of a kind conference on the Cornish coast. Taking place on the 5th and 6th of September, Agile on the Beach is a two day business and technology conference with a difference.

The conference brings together 200 people to explore, evolve and find out what it means to be truly agile in business; from its culture to product development practices.
Agile on the Beach offers the chance to engage with the UK’s leading thinkers in agile adoption and evolution and explore the latest agile and lean thinking. The conference also offers ample networking opportunities, such as the fantastic beach party on Falmouth’s famous Gyllyngvase Beach.

The conference explores three strands of agile adoption – Software Craftsmanship, Business Strategy and Teams. This year we welcome speakers on the adoption of Agile in mainstream businesses, and Agile in a marketing team, as well as sustaining our core technical theme.

Agile on the Beach are now pleased to be able to reveal the fantastic line up of speakers at this years event.

The Software Craftsmanship strand of the conference will see incredible speakers such as Dan North, hailed as the originator of Behaviour-Driven Development, Seb Rose, who has worked for many well-known companies, such as Amazon and IBM and Steve Freeman, a pioneer of Agile software development in the UK.

Also looking at Software Craftsmanship is Chris O’Dell, lead developer with the company 7digital and Phil Nash, consultant trainer and coach. Agile on the Beach will also see the return of Jon Jagger to explore Cyber Dojo.

They will be joined by Marcin Floryan from Compare the Market and Jim Barritt and James Lewis of ThoughtWorks, all offering innovative and engaging workshops for those in the technical sectors.
