Welcome to the Agile on the Beach Delegate Area for the 2015 conference

We are really looking forward to seeing you at the Agile on the Beach event soon!

You will be given a full delegate pack on arrival Thursday morning when you check in to the conference, with detailed information, which will also be available to view online before the event, nearer the time.

Friday evening we are inviting speakers, delegates and sponsors of Agile on the Beach 2015 to join the committee behind the event for a delicious three course dinner at St Michaels Hotel. We will be in touch for pre orders via email. We look forward to seeing you there! 

**Lightening talks will be held at the end of Thursday, we will facilitate these on the day, all are welcome to submit, please be aware that talks will be time limited **

You can pick up a full delegate pack upon Registration Thursday morning.  The conference is held in the Performance centre.   (see map below)

We ask all delegates to please respect the Agile on the Beach – Code of Conduct, thank you :o)

If you are arriving on Wednesday you may like to join our pre-conference Valiantys Pasty night which will be held in the performance centre. Admission is free and it’s a great way to mingle with other delegates, sponsors and speakers in a relaxed environment before the event begins. We are also hosting a beach party at Gyllyngvase beach on the Thursday evening at 7pm, which you are also invited to as a delegate.

If you are coming as part of a group, please confirm your delegate names and email addresses to us as soon as possible. This is really important so we can ensure everyone is accounted for and able to register when arriving at the conference.

We would also like to remind you to bring your laptop with you if you would like to join in any hands on workshops.

Meet the team

Checking into campus accommodation – the Porter’s Lodge is open 24hours so you can check in when you arrive.  You can check into your room after 4pm

For those staying on campus you may use the on campus gym, they charge a day rate of£5 a day or £15 for  week pass. You can buy a pass at the gym, and may need to sign a disclaimer if you don’t want to do induction.

please note campus accommodation is now sold out, however if you have booked a room already you can extend your stay to other nights if you wish (eg if you wish to stay an additional evening for the Friday evening Retrospective dinner)

WIFI
A wifi code will be available with your room check-in details
Residential delegates will receive an additional Wi-Fi code on arrival when they collect their key to use in Glasney Parc accommodation.

Valiantys Pasty Night

Valiantys Pre Conference Pasty & Pint Night- Grab a taste of Cornwall and meet fellow delegates and speakers in a relaxed environment at the Pasty & Pint night on Wednesday evening at the Performance Centre from 7pm.

The Agile on the Beach party will be held on Gyllyngvase beach, Falmouth a short bus trip from the campus, return buses will also be available to the campus.

The Agile on the Beach Party – Enjoy the beautiful Gyllyngvase Beach on Thursday night where we will be throwing a party for all delegates, speakers and sponsors to enjoy. Entertainment and food provided.

The party will start at 7pm and food will be served from 7.45pm

There will be buses at 6.45, 7 and 7.15pm from the main bus stop on campus to the beach.

There will be a shuttle bus running from 21.00-23.00 to bring people back to campus should they wish to leave early.
